Availability may vary by destination.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Keep account credentials secure
• Use the website lawfully
• Comply with applicable travel regulations
• Respect service providers

You must not:

• Attempt to interfere with website security
• Upload malicious software
• Use the platform fraudulently
• Misrepresent your identity

4. Bookings

• Confirmation by Rouve or its partners
• Applicable cancellation policies

Luggage transfer and bag storage bookings are also subject to the Luggage Transfer and Storage Terms at https://rouve.co.za/luggage-terms, including prohibited items and customer responsibilities. Illegal substances and other prohibited items may not be transported or stored.

5. Payments

Where applicable:

• Prices are displayed in the relevant currency.
• Payment must be completed before confirmation unless otherwise agreed.
• Additional taxes, airport charges, or service fees may apply.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Refunds and cancellations are governed by:

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible.

7. Referrer Programme

Participation in the Rouve Referrer Programme and use of a Rouve Referrer code are governed by the Rouve Referrer Terms at https://rouve.co.za/referrer-terms. Those terms cover eligibility, the one-profile rule, customer discounts, attribution, qualifying bookings, commission tiers, payouts, prohibited conduct, suspension and reversals.

A referral discount is non-stackable and does not transfer booking ownership to the referrer. Referrers have no authority to bind Rouve, promise availability, alter prices or make representations on Rouve's behalf.

8. Third-Party Providers

Some services are delivered by independent providers.

While we carefully select our partners, Rouve is not responsible for:

• Delays caused by third parties
• Airline disruptions
• Airport operational issues
• Hotel actions
• Government restrictions
• Force majeure events

9. Intellectual Property

All website content including:

• Logos
• Branding
• Images
• Text
• Software
• Designs

remain the property of Rouve unless otherwise stated.

No content may be reproduced without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rouve shall not be liable for:

• Indirect losses
• Consequential damages
• Lost profits
• Missed flights caused by factors outside our reasonable control
• Delays caused by airlines, airports, customs authorities, or other third parties

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by South African law.
